Previa Powah!

I’m getting that Previa itch again.  You know that itch?  No, not the one you got from the random chick at that party, definitely not that itch dude.  As a matter of fact, you should probably see a doctor man, yeah.  Go fast.

I’m talking about the itch to build a Previa the way I want to.  The icth that I have had since I was about thirteen and I saw my first Japanese Estima done to the nines and looking oh, so, good.

It doesn’t help that I’ve been seeing the few well-done Previas in the States more and more now.  Like JDM Chicago’s coverage of Wek Fest with this beaut tucked in there…

Oh jeebus, I know it would be a long build, probably a few years, but I want to finally build one sooooo bad!  Ugh!!!

A Quick Dose

I think it has been far, far to long since I posted an Estima up here. We all need a dose of Estima lovin’. I have been getting Previa fever because I have seen so many Previas around lately.

Drift Estimas

Found this pretty awesome vid online of Estimas drifting.  Yes, that’s right, Estimas drifting!  Yeah it is kind of an old video, but it is still awesome.  How many times have you seen a giant honker of a van drifitng, on purpose?  That’s what I thought.  If the whole drift setup wasn’t cool enough, these Estimas are turboed.  That is doubley awesome.  Not to mention that fact that there are two Estimas drifitng!  You will probably enjoy this as much as I did.

Rally Estima?

I found pics of this 2nd gen Estima while perusing the web.  It seems to be rally themed or RV themed.  I really have no idea, but it all seems a little over the top.  But kind of cool at the same time.  It is definitely an interesting vehicle.

I have no idea what that fairing could be used for.  I can kind of understand the giant spot light fogs, it does get pretty foggy in the Japanese mountains.

The ladder; the owner must be small and need it to reach the rack.  Although this is a nice picture.

That sure is a lot of lights.  Maybe this guy is a vigilante beach rescue cruiser?   Well whatever this guy does, he really seems to love his Estima and uses all his “equipment.”

What are your thoughts on this vehicle?

Super Clean

Here we have a super clean and super sleek 2nd Gen Estima.  It’s so simple and so well executed, I just love it.  The wheels look great and fill the wheel wells perfectly.  This owner obviously went with a smaller wheel than most, but it just works so well.  Just a gorgeous van.
